This website is run by Power Handyman Ltd (company no. 13595225, registered office 8 Taunton Avenue, Luton LU2 0LL). We are the data controller for personal data you send us. Questions: info@powerhandyman.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details you type about the job. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number or email address and what you tell us, including any photos you send.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote (legitimate interests and steps before entering into a contract). If you become a client, we keep the records we need for the contract and for tax purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for up to 6 years after the job, as required for accounting and tax.

Who else processes it

The form is delivered by email through our website host (Cloudflare) and an email delivery service (Resend). The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that enquiries are sent by a person and not a bot; Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this purpose only. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Links to WhatsApp and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@powerhandyman.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
